Placekeeper
Your places, offline and to hand.
Placekeeper is an offline directory for the places, services, and people you rely on. Entries hold addresses, phone numbers, links, and opening hours, sorted into categories of your own making, and every one of them is available without a connection. One tap hands off to the phone, the map, or the browser rather than trying to replace them. It is free to use, with a single one time purchase unlocking the rest, and there is no subscription.

How it is used
Save an entry with whatever detail is useful, an address, a number, a link, or the hours it keeps, and file it under a category that makes sense to you. Finding it again is a search or a single filter, and acting on it is one tap, since the application hands off to the phone, maps, or browser rather than attempting to be any of them. Opening hours are worth entering for anywhere you call, because the card then answers whether it is open before you dial. Backups are encrypted with a password you choose and restore on any device, which is the only route by which the directory leaves the phone. The one network use is Google Play billing, and only if you buy Premium.
